Jesus said: “The son of man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Mt 20:28 

Core Requirements:

While a willing heart to serve is the most important quality for all who minister at StadiumFest, we have developed the following list of core requirements necessary to serve with us for the safety of our volunteers (and guests):

1. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old as of April 2, 2011.
2. Volunteers must have a cheerful attitude, cooperative spirit and the ability to interact with the guests and other volunteers in a courteous and professional manner. In other words, volunteers are called to serve and not "be in charge."
3. Volunteers must have the capacity to perform the often strenuous tasks which are a natural part of StadiumFest. For instance being a part of the stage crew requires heavy lifting while some other positions may include extended periods of standing in the heat.
4. Volunteers must be in a position to focus on their responsibilities without distraction during their scheduled time of service. As an example, volunteers should not be responsible for small children while on duty.
5. Volunteers must be willing and able to commit to work a full 4 to 6 hour shift each day of the festival. If God has put this on your heart, and you are willing and able to meet these core requirements, we would love the opportunity to serve alongside you in God’s mission field at StadiumFest!
